What is Executive Coaching?
High Impact Leader™ is our one-to-one coaching programme for leaders and executives. Leaders and their coach will follow our proprietary 5-step approach, which gives them both a clear roadmap to achieving the programme objectives and producing measurable progress.
Who is it for?
While available for all leaders, one-to-one coaching is normally reserved for C-suite executives and those approaching boardroom level, such as Heads of Function.
